We require a Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) system. Desktops are preferred for stability, but laptops are acceptable. Minimum specs include an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM, and 250GB of free storage space.
Computer Requirements
A hard-wired ethernet connection is mandatory. Wi-Fi is not supported during work sessions. Minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are required to maintain stable communication.
Internet Connection
We recommend a USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone. Recommended brands include Logitech, Jabra, and Plantronics. Bluetooth headsets and earbuds are not acceptable for professional calls.
Audio Equipment
Your workspace must be a private, quiet environment free from interruptions. Ensure you have a reliable power source and comfortable seating to maintain focus throughout your workday.
